 Users and customers
This is where you manage your users. The system has a built in search facility so you can enter a keyword and search for a user. As standard, a user account is created when a person checks out capturing all of their details before sending them to your chosen payment method.
Once you have found the user, you are able to modify their details including changing their password if they have forgotten it. You can also view all of the orders that your user has placed.
You can also create new user accounts if required as well as adding new administrators. Please note that if you change the status of a user to "Administrator", they will have full control to your Shop Maker administration area so please beware.
